The reputation and the success of SIFTR Sales rests on making you happy with your purchase. We value our relationship with you and offer a full refund, if you are not happy with your purchase.
30-Day Return Period:
Unless you have a separate agreement with SIFTR Sales, or except as provided below, refunds may be made if requested and approved by SIFTR Sales within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase on the invoice for a refund or credit of the purchase price paid. After the 30-Day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first 30 days after their purchase to ensure it meets your needs.
There are no refunds for usage based charges. Usage charges for services like calls, texts, SMS carrier charges, A2P 10DLC campaign registration fees, and emails sent within our system in your account are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded. Other usage-based products or services like custom webhooks, conversation AI, and other AI generation tools used in our system are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded.
Please note that for physical products, your refund or credit may be reduced by any applicable shipping, handling, and restocking fees. Any physical products returned to SIFTR Sales without prior authorization will be considered an unauthorized returns and will not receive a refund or credit. Additionally, SIFTR Sales will not ship the product back to you.
All approved returns must be received by SIFTR Sales within 7 calendar days of the return approval date, otherwise, the amount of the refund or credit may be reduced or eliminated.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
